These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern use of the website and accommodation booking service (the “Service”) operated by CANALIS Baycourt Resort & Spa Residence (the “Property”). By making a booking or using the Service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.

An accommodation reservation is formed upon completion of the availability search, entry of required information and payment (or payment preparation) through the Service.

Displayed room rates include tax. Rates vary by guest numbers, dates and room type. Osaka Prefecture accommodation tax is added separately and shown in the total on the booking screen.

Minors staying without a guardian need parental consent documentation. Please contact the property in advance about the required documents and how to submit them.

Your stay is also subject to the Property's accommodation terms and the cancellation policy presented at booking. In the event of a discrepancy, the conditions expressly stated at booking take precedence.

Cancellation and change conditions and charges follow the cancellation policy displayed at booking.

The Service may not currently support guest-initiated changes or cancellations. If so, please contact the address provided in your reservation confirmation email.

Conduct that violates laws or public order, reservations using false information, resale or transfer of reservations to third parties, and interference with the Property's operations are prohibited.

The Property is not liable when the Service is unavailable due to natural disasters, infrastructure failures, system maintenance or other unavoidable circumstances, except where liability is required by the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws.

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Osaka District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the Service.
