- Tax-inclusive room rates shown on this website for each room and date, including additional guest charges where applicable. The rate displayed at the time of booking applies.
- Additional charges
- Osaka Prefecture accommodation tax applies per person per night: JPY 0, 200, 400 or 500 depending on the accommodation rate excluding tax. It is itemised on the booking screen and included in the payment total. Meals and other options are charged only when selected.
- Payment timing and method
- Online credit card registration or payment through Stripe at booking. A charge may be made after the free cancellation deadline. Your reservation is confirmed once the procedure is completed.
- Service period
- From your reserved check-in date to your check-out date.
- Cancellations and refunds
- Due to the nature of accommodation services, returns are not accepted after service begins. Cancellation charges follow the policy displayed at booking.
- Supported environment
- Please use a current version of a mainstream browser. Display or payment may not be available in some environments.
