We collect your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, country of residence, address, expected arrival time and accommodation requests as needed for bookings and enquiries. Our current booking form asks guests residing outside Japan to submit the photo page of their passport.

Payments are processed through external providers such as Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details are not stored in the Property's database.

We may use cookies, similar technologies and analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand how the website is used.

Collected information is used to confirm and fulfil reservations, communicate with guests, process payments, comply with laws, improve services and prevent fraud.

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or where necessary for contractors handling reservations, payments, email delivery or similar operations.

Contractors are engaged under agreements requiring appropriate information management.
